WORKSHOPS
Up to 15 people on any of the topics below. Additional people are $50 each, which includes all materials. A maximum of 2 hours. Additional time is negotiable.
Communication Workshop
One of the mistakes that everyone makes is assuming people already know what we mean. The message is based on information you already know not the part that needs the explanation. Learn how to fix this in this workshop.
Leadership Workshop
Your title doesn't make you a leader. And just because you are now in charge of managing people doesn't mean you know what to do. Learn the soft skills of leadership and how to build trust.
Team Building Workshop
Being on a team means that people can count on you to play your position. Not just show up and warm a seat but be a contributing member with shared goals.
Consulting / ADVISORY
These are 1:1 or 1:2. Pricing is per hour.
